Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and service-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Concierge at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk and reservation operations, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive exceptional service before, during, and after their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the heart of our resort, providing exceptional service to our guests
  • Ensure guests are contacted pre-arrival and respond to all guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on local events and Vero Beach area knowledge to provide recommendations and insights to our guests
  • Assist with front desk and reservation daily operations as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and other departments within the hotel

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to relate to guests' concerns and work well in groups
  • Comfort with phone, written, and in-person communication
  • Strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Self-managed and strong customer service skills
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Maestro or similar property management systems

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
