Benchmark Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a highly motivated and engaging Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from the moment they arrive.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our resort and its amenities.
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide a seamless check-in experience.
  • Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Be proactive in resolving guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction.
  • A valid driver's license with no major infractions for the past six months.
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong desire to make a positive impact on our guests' experiences.

Compensation and Benefits:

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
