Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling all necessary paperwork and transactions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our resort and its amenities, services, and policies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move around the resort as needed.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
