Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, schedule, and execute a variety of complex clerical tasks pertinent to the assigned function.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, bulletins, and other documentation from notes, drafts, or verbal instructions.
  • Compile and verify information from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Review intricate documents for precision and compliance with relevant policies.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for students, educators, and the general public, addressing inquiries and providing information.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records, including attendance and inventory.
  • Operate various office equipment and technology, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • May oversee or delegate tasks to other clerical staff as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and personnel, facilitating communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in clerical work or office technology training. A solid understanding of modern office practices, procedures, and regulations is essential.

Skills and Abilities:
