About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals in Waterbury, CT. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver post-acute care to patients, monitoring their physical and mental well-being and tracking vital signs
- Perform intakes of residents, documenting their health concerns and medical histories
- Review medical records and charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Administer medications, verifying dosages and patient information
- Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents, assisting with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $38-$58, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime pay
