Join Our Team: Preferred Professional Services (PPS) is a respected member of the National Health Care Associates family, which encompasses a network of over 35 rehabilitation and long-term care facilities dedicated to enhancing the lives of countless families across the Northeast.
We currently have flexible per diem shifts available in our Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation Facilities.
Your Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with our agency, you will be instrumental in promoting the health and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering direct nursing care and administering prescribed medications.
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and medical histories.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and execute care plans.
- Providing wound care and other essential nursing interventions.
- Overseeing and guiding Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in their caregiving duties.
- Ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position, candidates should possess:
- A valid Connecticut State LPN license.

- Strong clinical skills, particularly in medication administration.
