We currently have flexible per diem shifts available in our Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation Facilities.


Your Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with our agency, you will be instrumental in promoting the health and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct nursing care and administering prescribed medications.
  • Monitoring and documenting vital signs and medical histories.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and execute care plans.
  • Providing wound care and other essential nursing interventions.
  • Overseeing and guiding Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in their caregiving duties.
  • Ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position, candidates should possess:

  • A valid Connecticut State LPN license.

  • An interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill.
  • Strong clinical skills, particularly in medication administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
