Key Responsibilities
  • Assist busy Rheumatologists with patient rooming, medication refills, procedures, and day-to-day tasks to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Contribute to the overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that positively impact patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and family members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Educate patients and family members about their care, promoting transparency and understanding.
  • Utilize computer-based applications, email, and standard software such as Microsoft Office to support clinical documentation and communication.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication skills through teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Recent clinical experience is desired.
  • Current CPR certification.
