Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Chief of Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office-related activities, coordinating events, and serving as a liaison between staff, students, and faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Chief of Operations, including drafting and editing correspondence, managing office expenses, and coordinating events.
  • Manage the student housing program, including communicating with landlords, maintaining lease records, and overseeing the wait list.
  • Oversee the parking program, including managing permits and addressing complaints.
  • Manage the Student Life budget and oversee the hiring process for student workers.
  • Provide assistance and support to other UNH Law administrative support team members.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree and three years of related experience or a combination of higher education.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to set priorities and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Ability to perform detailed work accurately and efficiently.
