About the Role

This role is responsible for defining the vision and strategy for partner sales growth, expansion, and relationship enhancement in the EMEA theater. The ideal candidate will cultivate executive relationships with strategic partners, identify new partnership opportunities, and lead the partner organization to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Comprehensive Strategy: Create a partner sales strategy that aligns with company objectives.
  • Cultivate Executive Relationships: Build strong relationships with distributors, resellers, service providers, alliance partners, and global systems integrators.
  • Pursue New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new partner-initiated opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead and Inspire: Motivate the partner organization to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Oversee Performance: Monitor partner performance, ensuring they meet sales targets and adhere to company standards.
  • Foster Collaboration: Encourage a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Success: 15+ years of experience in sales, channel/alliances, partner management, and/or distribution relationship management.
  • Leadership Experience: 8+ years of experience managing partner directors and managers who lead partner account teams.
  • Channel Expertise: Extensive understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem and modern enterprise security solutions.
  • Forecasting and Sales: Proven track record in accurately forecasting partner business and meeting revenue targets.
