Help Desk Engineer

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Help Desk Engineer to provide critical escalation support to end users and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This is an onsite position that requires a strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking, and DHCP configurations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support to resolve complex technical issues for end users.
  • Deliver high-quality support both remotely and onsite, addressing user needs promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate on IT projects as needed, contributing expertise to ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Windows systems, networking issues, and DHCP configurations.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and DHCP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
