Executive Support Specialist

- Provide high-level administrative support to the President and CEO, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics to ensure timely and efficient meetings and events.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the SVP to prepare for upcoming meetings, commitments, and responsibilities, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in executive-level support, with a strong background in administrative operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and Macs, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
About the Position:
* $30-$35/hour, depending on experience.
- Minimum of 2 months, potential to extend.
- Hybrid schedule with 4 days/week onsite in Washington, DC.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- Office is metro accessible.
