Automotive Office Coordinator

Quirk Auto Group, a leading automotive retailer in Maine, is seeking a highly skilled Office Support Specialist to join their team in Augusta.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document processing, including deal processing, check writing, and mailing of documents
- Document scanning, including deals, service repair orders, and parts tickets
- Providing backup coverage for various office positions, including title clerk, mail, and phone operator
- Filing clerk duties, ensuring efficient and orderly filing of documents
- Collaborating with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Dealership experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills within a team environment
- Professional appearance
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment with prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry.
