Position: Client Manager

As a Client Manager in Technology Sales, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients, deepening product knowledge through partnerships, and leveraging these relationships to enhance sales performance. You will oversee both indirect customer procurement and direct client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet assigned sales targets through collaboration with partners and independent prospecting, managing your sales pipeline using Salesforce
  • Act as a solutions expert for clients
  • Engage with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges and goals
  • Participate in strategic planning to uncover opportunities within client portfolios
  • Maintain a robust technical understanding of CSPi Technology Solutions' offerings
  • Optimize partner programs and lead account planning efforts
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience in IT Solutions, including Network Solutions, Wireless & Mobility, Unified Communications & Collaboration, Data Center Solutions, and Advanced Security
  • Experience in Professional and Managed IT services sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in client account management within a technology-driven environment
  • Proficient in sales techniques, understanding customer needs, conducting ROI analysis, and closing deals
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to follow-through
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Value-Added Reseller (VAR) or System Integration
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
