Position Summary:
This role focuses on enhancing client relationships by identifying opportunities to strengthen existing connections. Key responsibilities encompass advising clients on their financial needs and leveraging the full spectrum of Private Bank services. This includes establishing and nurturing relationships with internal and external partners and Centers of Influence to uncover new prospects.
Job expectations involve executing the Client Management Process and collaborating across the organization to deliver a premier Client Experience. Please note that this position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing. Non-compliance with SAFE Act registration may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the inflow of new business across all product lines (e.g., Credit, Assets Under Management, Deposits) into the existing portfolio.
- Leads intricate credit opportunities, including structured credit transactions.
- Increases portfolio balances and year-over-year revenue.
- Mentors and partners with Private Client Managers on complex products and client relationships.
- Acts as the Chief Operating Officer for the client team, coordinating relationship management activities and ensuring successful delivery of the Client Experience to enhance client satisfaction.

• Over 7 years of successful experience managing relationships with high net worth clients (or equivalent).
• Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required; unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within a standard timeframe after starting.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or Post-Graduate Degree is preferred.
• CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD is a significant advantage.
