Job Title: Brand Communications Specialist

Xpedient Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Brand Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to drive business growth and enhance our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
    • Manage our company website and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
    • Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to develop and implement crisis communication plans.
    • Define and maintain the public voice of our brand across all communication channels.
  • Marketing Leadership:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
    • Produce high-quality digital content for our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
    • Manage our LinkedIn and Google advertising efforts to maximize ROI.
    • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity through graphic design and website development.
    • Provide marketing support to our sales teams to drive sales growth.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness.
    • Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Brand Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain a strong brand identity through market research and competitive analysis.
    • Identify growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Draft press releases, speeches, letters, and other business correspondence to promote our brand and drive business growth.
    • Identify and manage issues in a fast-paced environment to ensure minimal disruption to our business.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive company information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation, website management, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical tools to measure marketing performance.
  • Basic graphic design and website development skills.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Google advertising/marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft a variety of business documents.
  • Ability to work independently and drive marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work closely with sales, operations, and executive management teams.
  • Trustworthy with handling sensitive information.
