About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of mechanical projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the coordination of manpower, material, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, including plumbing and HVAC, and be able to communicate effectively with engineers, project managers, and general contractors.
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 people, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for controlling the financial position of projects, including billings, change orders, and managing material and subcontractors.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety policies, conduct safety meetings, and coordinate safety training programs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or construction management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications: Possess relevant certifications, such as OSHA or ASME.
