Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team. As an Insurance Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their concerns, and finding solutions to their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide educational information about our insurance products.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Communication: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our insurance products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles and regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay aligned with the team.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant education or training in a related field preferred.
