The position of Line Cook is seasonal, and we are in search of individuals who are passionate about the culinary arts to join our kitchen team. Ideal candidates will be creative, driven, and eager to enhance their culinary skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various cooking techniques and methods, including grilling, sautéing, and frying
  • Utilize kitchen tools and equipment effectively
  • Follow and recreate established recipes
  • Maintain consistency in food preparation
  • Minimize food waste through efficient practices
  • Collaborate with a world-class culinary team
  • Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping and peeling
  • Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Oversee proper storage of food and supplies
  • Maintain high standards for ingredient quality

What We Seek:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Active Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Capability to work independently
  • Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • At least 21 years of age
  • A commitment to exceeding expectations
  • A vibrant and energetic personality
