Position Overview:

The Line Cook position is seasonal, ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about the culinary field and eager to join our dedicated Culinary team. We seek candidates who are innovative, driven, and passionate about enhancing their culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef in the preparation and production of food for various dining experiences
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary leadership to design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients
  • Manage food preparation tasks, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Support the kitchen staff in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
  • Learn and apply various cooking techniques and methods
  • Ensure a clean and sanitized kitchen environment
  • Monitor the quality of ingredients and proper storage practices

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting
  • Active Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • A commitment to exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service
  • A positive and energetic attitude
