  • Conducting makeup applications, skincare assessments, and product demonstrations

  • Ensuring all testers in the luxury area are consistently stocked and maintained in accordance with hygiene standards
  • Keeping stock levels full within the luxury categories
  • Ensuring all resets and planograms are accurately executed and maintained
  • Ensuring makeover stations comply with all company standards
  • Executing and upholding visual merchandising standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the luxury area and Ulta Beauty color library

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

Education

  • A high school diploma is preferred
  • A Demonstrators license is required in Nevada

Experience

  • 1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is preferred

Skills

  • Ability to foster and maintain strong guest relationships
  • Proven capability to drive sales, products, and services
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Essential Functions:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 / Hour. Exact pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
