Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Guest Services Attendant to enhance the experience of our visitors at this upscale hotel.

This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all public spaces, including restrooms, lobbies, and executive offices, in line with our high standards.


The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our hotel remains a welcoming and pristine environment for guests and staff alike.


Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in hotel lobbies throughout the day.
- Clean and service all public restrooms in lobby and pool areas.
- Attend to the cleanliness of executive offices.
- Ensure both men's and women's associate locker rooms are tidy.
- Keep lobby and lower lobby pre-function areas well-maintained.
- Ensure lobby balconies are neat and free of debris.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming main guest entrance.
- Ensure floral arrangements and plants are well-kept.
- Keep ash urns clean and orderly throughout the property.
- Maintain water fountains and phone stations in a clean state.
- Service guest and associate elevators regularly.
- Uphold a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
- Complete any special projects as assigned.
- Report maintenance issues or concerns promptly.


Qualifications:
- Ability to provide a high level of luxury service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Capability to collaborate with management on special initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Standing or walking for extended periods is required.
- Must reside within a reasonable distance from the hotel.
