Omni Hotels is currently seeking a meticulous Housekeeping Room Attendant to enhance our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The successful candidate will be responsible for refreshing rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as thoroughly preparing rooms for incoming guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest accommodations, including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Restock and replenish used items in guest rooms.
  • Communicate the cleanliness status of each room upon completion of cleaning tasks.
  • Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked supply cart at all times.
  • Inspect all cleaning equipment before and after use to ensure proper functionality.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more.
  • Capability to bend, stretch, reach, and lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with guests and team members are necessary.
  • Candidates must reside within a reasonable distance from the hotel.
