Position Overview

Hotel Park City, a distinguished member of the Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International, is in search of a meticulous and service-focused Bell Attendant.

As a Bell Attendant, you will play a vital role in our operations, often serving as the initial and final point of contact for our esteemed guests.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of guest services, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting guests with their luggage and personal items.
  • Acquainting guests with the amenities and features of the resort.
  • Delivering various items to guest rooms.
  • Providing transportation for guests using our shuttle service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in bell service is highly desirable.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with guests.
  • Possess a valid Utah driver’s license.
  • Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Respond to guest requests and ensure timely delivery of items to hotel rooms.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with the Hotel Front Desk.
  • Report maintenance issues as they arise.
  • Demonstrate the ability to read, write, and understand complex instructions and correspondence.
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of lifting and moving items weighing at least 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to engage in prolonged periods of walking and standing.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing additional duties as assigned.
