We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This leadership role requires dedication to continuous learning and growth, with a comprehensive package including:

  • A base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000
  • A quarterly bonus program
  • A referral bonus program
  • Paid vacation and sick time

  • Dining discounts at over 25 affiliated STARR Restaurants

This executive position demands experience with and passion for French cuisine, as well as a minimum of 3 years of progressive kitchen management experience. Key qualifications include:

  • Ability to manage all stations from prep to service
  • Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse hourly staff
  • Excellent meat/fish butchery skills and knowledge of making stocks & sauces
  • Ability to lead a diverse team, foster positive morale, and drive performance success
