As a seasoned professional with a passion for seasonal cuisine, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus that showcase the best of local ingredients and culinary traditions.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead by example will be essential in driving our kitchen's success.

  • Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality
    • Support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
    • Monitor inventory, ordering supplies as needed
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve kitchen goals

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Bilingualism (English/French) preferred
