Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Madison Collective - NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and French technique, with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a sous chef or chef de cuisine in a high-volume restaurant venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team and maintain a high level of cuisine quality
- Develop and implement menus that showcase the restaurant's commitment to unique, respectfully sourced, and harvested products
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as a sous chef or chef de cuisine in a high-volume restaurant venue
- Food Handler's certificate
- Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team
- Management experience in a kitchen and organizational skills
