Executive Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Madison Collective - NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and French technique, with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a sous chef or chef de cuisine in a high-volume restaurant venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the kitchen team and maintain a high level of cuisine quality
  2. Develop and implement menus that showcase the restaurant's commitment to unique, respectfully sourced, and harvested products
  3. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability
  4. Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as a sous chef or chef de cuisine in a high-volume restaurant venue
  • Food Handler's certificate
  • Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team
  • Management experience in a kitchen and organizational skills
