The Role

We are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition expert to lead our recruitment efforts globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting top talent, developing strategic recruitment processes, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the evolution and development of strategic processes for attracting, evaluating, and winning top talent in North America, the UK, and Central Europe
  • Define and implement a best-in-class candidate experience for lawyers
  • Develop and oversee a robust and efficient hiring process that is fair and unbiased
  • Craft and refine a compelling employment branding strategy
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to understand the company's hiring needs and develop a talent acquisition strategy to meet those needs
  • Develop and analyze talent acquisition metrics to inform processes and strategy
  • Manage a team of recruiters and oversee the hiring, development, performance, and engagement of team members
Requirements
  • 8-12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
  • Strength in talent sourcing and proactive recruiting, specifically with attorneys or within the legal industry
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, teach, and develop others
  • Exceptional maturity and judgment in coaching staff and managers on making talent decisions
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-it-done mentality required
  • Mindset that is action-oriented and focuses on solving business-related challenges via people solutions
  • Identification with and connection to Axiom Global's core values
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (in business or law) desirable
Compensation and Benefits

Axiom Global offers a competitive annual base salary range for this role, as well as eligibility to participate in our Quarterly Bonus Plan and comprehensive benefits programs, including healthcare, life and disability coverage, 401K with company match, paid sick and personal time off, paid parental leave, and more.

Please note that the final compensation is determined by several considerations, including the quality of your experience and expertise, your ability to immediately contribute to Axiom Global, your potential to move up to the next level, the market you are located in, and other business considerations.
