Job Description

Forsta is seeking a seasoned Global Talent Acquisition Director to lead our worldwide recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that supports business objectives and drives organizational growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals globally.
  • Drive innovation in talent sourcing, recruitment processes, and employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Implement metrics and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with global recruiting practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies to address talent gaps.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support talent acquisition goals globally.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice globally.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role within global talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational SAAS and/or Healthcare corporation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global recruitment strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Experience managing and developing a geographically dispersed team of talent acquisition professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends, best practices, and technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing.
