- Drive innovation in talent sourcing, recruitment processes, and employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Implement metrics and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with global recruiting practices, laws, and regulations.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies to address talent gaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support talent acquisition goals globally.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice globally.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role within global talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational SAAS and/or Healthcare corporation.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing global recruitment strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
- Experience managing and developing a geographically dispersed team of talent acquisition professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of current trends, best practices, and technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing.
We offer a competitive salary range of $125K - $180K, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to work with a leading experience measurement, data analytics, and insights provider. Successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
