Your Duties as a Lawn Care Technician & Route Manager

  • Oversee Maintenance Routes: Supervise both commercial and residential properties, ensuring quality control and fostering robust customer relationships.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Guide your team in the proper upkeep of equipment, including cleaning, oil changes, blade sharpening, inventory management, and reporting any damages or malfunctions.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy the flexibility of managing your route with support from our management team.

· Attendance: Set a positive example for the team through consistent attendance.

· Time Management: Ensure jobs are completed within the allocated timeframe to maintain profitability.

· Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards to minimize the need for job redos.

· Customer Satisfaction & Sales: Cultivate strong customer relationships with opportunities for additional earnings through new sales commissions.

Job Requirements for Landscaping Maintenance Team Lead

  • Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related fields is essential for team leadership.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc. is a must.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory. Experience in truck and trailer driving is advantageous.
