Front Office Supervisor

La Quinta Atlanta - Perimeter/Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring efficient and effective check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring accurate information is provided to guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role, with a focus on front desk operations and guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
