Client Relationship Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to join LexisNexis as a Revenue Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of our products, services, and content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue from current products
- Developing and executing outbound sales strategies to expand customer bases and increase sales
- Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions regarding billing, content, contract terms, and re-sell value of LexisNexis
- Utilizing CRM to track and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales and subscription-based product sales
- In-depth knowledge of LexisNexis products and solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We are offering a competitive salary package of $90,000 - $130,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits and flexible working options.
