At 10Folders, we're on a mission to deliver innovative payment solutions to businesses. We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team and drive growth. In this role, you'll oversee the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing deals.

  • Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Presentation of Solutions: Understand client needs and demonstrate how tailored solutions can address them through engaging demos and presentations.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing leads and turning them into loyal clients.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with business development and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and seamless onboarding of new clients post-sale.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales activities and pipeline progress and provide regular updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or payment sales
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the payments industry is a plus
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits
