  • Customer Management: Address challenging customer situations with prompt and suitable responses.
  • Cash Management: Adhere to Teller cash limits to ensure operational integrity.
  • Account Services: Offer a comprehensive range of services, including the establishment of new personal and business deposit accounts, as well as enrollment in additional products such as CDs, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify customer requirements and recommend tailored products and services.
  • Inquiry Handling: Respond to routine customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management.
  • Problem Resolution: Conduct account research and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Clerical Support: Assist with clerical tasks, including phone management, file maintenance, faxing, and copying.
  • Compliance Assurance: Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all bank procedures, regulatory standards, and security guidelines.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow all bank policies, including BSA regulations and dress codes.
  • Loan Assistance: Provide support to loan officers as required.
