Customer Service Specialist Keyholder

As a Customer Specialist Sales Leader, you'll play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer personalized recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods.
- Contribute to the overall store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers and process transactions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
