The Role
You'll provide exceptional shopping experiences for our customers, creating authentic connections and helping them discover products that make them feel confident and beautiful. You'll work closely with the store team to maintain a welcoming and inclusive store environment.

Your Impact
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Share your knowledge of our products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
  • Uphold brand merchandising and visual standards for a clean and well-presented store.
  • Promote in-store events and company programs that support our brand.
  • Contribute to the store's success by maintaining the highest brand and execution standards.
  • Support an inclusive and welcoming store environment for customers and associates.
What We're Looking For
  • Prior retail experience or customer-focused experience.
  • Passion for styling and love of working with people.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.
