About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by guiding customers through the sales process, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure that all vehicles meet our high quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and processing vehicles, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, paperwork, and communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Service Appointments: Create and manage service appointments, review repair orders, and ensure accuracy of documentation for billing.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and customers.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales Experience: Have prior sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
