Job Overview

Piedmont Service Group is a leading provider of HVAC maintenance services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing maintenance contracts, and developing solutions to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance sales, customer service, or account management, and will be able to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and consultative support to customers to ensure their maintenance needs are met.
  • Manage maintenance contracts, including billing, collection, and service quality.
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet customer needs, including special project CapEx plans and Energy Services and Controls consultation.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the contract renewal process, including proactive communications and contract reviews.
  • Meet with top customers regularly to discuss their needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including proficiency with Key2Act software, Microsoft PowerBI, and Salesforce.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
