About the Role

As a Brand Marketing Coordinator at Medline, you will play a vital role in the formulation and execution of strategic marketing efforts aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement. You will work closely with the strategic growth team, various business units, and other departments to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and branding initiatives for both Federal and Commercial sectors, while analyzing and reporting on campaign performance to refine approaches.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of marketing materials, including website content, advertisements, and sales resources, ensuring compliance with brand standards and conducting regular branding training.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies, leveraging SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage relationships with vendors that support marketing functions.
  • Keep the website updated with relevant business information, news, and resources.
  • Collaborate with growth teams to boost lead generation and manage leads from various channels.
  • Contribute to the development and management of content for blogs, case studies, and other external communications.
  • Oversee memberships, sponsorships, and logistics for industry organizations and events.
  • Coordinate arrangements for corporate and external events.
  • Provide regular analysis and reporting on marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the management of promotional merchandise, including design and ordering processes.
  • Work with business units to foster vendor partnerships and ensure compliance with necessary standards.
  • Monitor the company’s reputation across external markets and assist in crafting external communications and remediation strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in marketing roles, demonstrating success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
