The On-Premise Hospitality Consultant is instrumental in boosting brand performance across various on-premise accounts for an extensive portfolio of spirits brands. This role involves implementing strategic business solutions and utilizing expertise in the hospitality sector. Reporting directly to the Manager of On-Premise Hospitality, the consultant will leverage industry insights, brand initiatives, and agency resources to provide exceptional value to on-premise clients, thereby cultivating lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all legal and marketing regulations.
- Client Engagement: Elevate brand visibility and performance in various on-premise account segments through targeted engagement strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement brand engagement strategies informed by performance metrics from both the agency and clients.
- Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer trends within different on-premise segments to enhance customer engagement efforts.
- Digital Presence: Utilize social media platforms to bolster brand initiatives.
- Agency Coordination: Manage agency initiatives, including budget oversight, reporting, and performance tracking. Participate in internal training and oversee point-of-sale and asset management.
- Educational Outreach: Identify opportunities to provide educational resources to on-premise clients within the territory.
- Networking: Serve as a vital link between the brand portfolio, distributors, management, and clients in the designated area.
- Continuous Learning: Enhance knowledge of various spirits categories and refine presentation skills.
Success Metrics:
- Surpass commercial growth objectives in on-premise accounts.
- Achieve targeted growth in menu presence across on-premise locations.
- Effectively execute program initiatives in the on-premise setting.
- Enhance social media engagement.
- Receive positive evaluations from management, market teams, and client partners.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the spirits or hospitality sector.
- Experience with distributors or brokers is advantageous.
- Prior experience in bar, restaurant, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Established connections within the industry.
- Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
- Interest in deepening understanding of spirits history and cocktail culture.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to sell and negotiate effectively.
- Adaptability in communication styles for various on-premise environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.
- Proficient in managing budgets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work remotely and flexibility to travel, including evenings and weekends.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $107,000, influenced by factors such as prior experience, relevant skills, and geographic location. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses, subject to the terms of the applicable plans.
