Position: On-Premise Hospitality Consultant

Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within a 30-minute commute of the designated market.

The On-Premise Hospitality Consultant is instrumental in driving brand success within on-premise venues for a diverse array of spirits brands. This role involves implementing strategic business initiatives and utilizing expertise in the hospitality sector. Reporting directly to the On-Premise Hospitality Manager, the consultant will leverage industry insights, brand programming, and agency resources to provide exceptional value to on-premise clients, thereby nurturing long-lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all legal and marketing regulations.
  • Client Engagement: Boost brand visibility and performance in various on-premise account segments through targeted engagement strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate, monitor, and implement brand engagement strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer trends within on-premise segments to inform engagement initiatives.
  • Digital Engagement: Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand initiatives.
  • Agency Management: Oversee agency initiatives, including budget management and performance reporting.
  • Educational Outreach: Identify opportunities to provide educational resources to on-premise clients.
  • Networking: Serve as a liaison between the brand portfolio, distributors, and clients.
  • Continuous Learning: Enhance knowledge of spirits and refine communication skills.

Success Metrics:

  • Achieve commercial growth targets in on-premise accounts.
  • Increase menu presence in on-premise venues.
  • Effectively execute program initiatives in the on-premise landscape.
  • Enhance online brand presence.
  • Receive positive evaluations from management and client partners.
  • Communicate success stories effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional value beyond client expectations.
  • Continuously expand brand and category knowledge.

Physical Requirements:

  • Engage in physical tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the spirits or hospitality sector.
  • Experience with distributors or brokers is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in bar, restaurant, or hotel operations is beneficial.
  • Established connections within the industry.
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
  • Interest in deepening understanding of spirits and cocktail culture.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven skills in relationship building and negotiation.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles for various environments.
  • In-depth understanding of market trends.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Proficiency in social media engagement.
  • Ability to work remotely and flexibility in hours, including travel as needed.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Commitment to mentorship and team culture enhancement.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Additional Information

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $107,000, with compensation influenced by factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses.
