Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant 2 will provide moderately complex administrative and clerical support to the team. We are seeking a professional who will coordinate, integrate, and implement assigned administrative or staff functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and relay messages and respond to administrative requests in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain accurate documentation and data, performing data entry into various systems.
  • Apply knowledge of department operations and policies to perform administrative tasks.
  • Handle administrative issues under general supervision, escalating complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of related work experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturday work.
  • Mandatory overtime as needed.
