Essential Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Certification as a Splunk Developer is mandatory
  • Minimum of 3 years in Splunk development, including the creation of dashboards, visualizations, statistical reports, scheduled searches, alerts, and knowledge objects
  • At least 2 years of experience with Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL) and proficiency in constructing complex queries
  • Experience in implementing KV stores, lookups, and data model acceleration to enhance search efficiency and reporting
  • Proficient in customizing dashboards using JavaScript, CSS, advanced HTML, and advanced XML
  • Expertise in regular expressions and statistical functions
  • Experience in creating Splunk knowledge objects, including field extractions, macros, and event types
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
  • Prior experience as a web developer with languages such as Java, XML, JavaScript, or AJAX is advantageous

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a related area
  • Relevant certifications, such as Splunk IT Service Intelligence Certified Admin or AWS certification
