What You Will Do:
- Direct the technical solution formulation, competitive pricing, and alignment of business cases for Peraton solutions and offerings based on the needs of government agencies.
- Oversee the development and documentation of the technical solution, including the pricing strategy for incorporation into proposals for government clients.
- Integrate industry insights with extensive technical expertise to create value propositions and strategies that address client business challenges.
- Engage in consultative discussions with clients to uncover fundamental business and technology issues, comprehend client motivations, requirements, and validate potential solution options.
- Collaborate closely with sales, practice, and delivery leaders to establish a comprehensive solution strategy aligned with the client's business objectives.
- Work effectively with relevant Peraton business and delivery leaders to design the solution and agree on critical solution parameters before pricing activities.
- Lead teams of solution professionals and subject matter experts in crafting integrated, cost-effective solutions that fulfill client requirements, enhance Peraton's competitive edge, and adhere to best practices and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Peraton partners to drive high-quality solutions and compelling value propositions.
- Identify and assess solution risks, devising strategies and plans to mitigate those risks.
- Represent the solution during governance reviews and discussions with senior management.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of industry experience (DoD and/or Public Sector) or 6 years with a Master's degree, or 3 years with a PhD. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in delivering successful technical solutions for large, complex opportunities and proposal submissions for Public Sector clients.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with senior and executive management.
- Comprehensive knowledge across a wide range of mission-focused and technology services and solutions.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the capability to obtain a Secret security clearance; an active clearance is preferred.
- This position is fully remote, but candidates must be local to the DC/Metro area and able to travel up to 25%.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with clients at senior and executive management levels.
- Expert knowledge across a broad spectrum of IT services and solutions, combined with a strong customer focus and experience in the US Public Sector, particularly with DoD.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
