Job Overview:
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will deliver analytical and programmatic support while contributing to the development of engagement work plans. You will often take the lead on assigned tasks, ensuring their successful completion.

Utilizing business modeling, process modeling, and design techniques, you will diagnose issues through financial or statistical analysis, evaluate alternatives, and provide insights to the Project Manager.

You will engage in organizational assessments and spearhead the analysis of performance metrics and indicators.

Your expertise in Federal accounting principles and transactions, along with a solid understanding of budget planning, formulation, and execution processes, will be crucial.

You will apply various financial analysis methods and possess a comprehensive understanding of financial systems requirements.

By leveraging your knowledge of business processes, you will identify the most timely and effective methods for achieving organizational change, documenting and articulating the trade-offs between competing courses of action.

Qualifications Desired:
4 Years of experience with DoDAF Architecture and CAMEO, along with familiarity with DoD processes, including PPBE, DAS, and JCIDS.

Qualifications Required:
10+ years of relevant experience and a MA/MS degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in high-visibility or mission-critical program aspects, executing all functional duties independently, and overseeing less senior staff is essential.

An ACTIVE DOD TS/SCI CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
