Business Growth Specialist

At TechnologyAdvice, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with potential clients and helping our sales team exceed revenue targets by creating sales meetings and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and introduce our solutions
- Connect prospective customers with our Client Strategy Directors to drive business growth
- Exceed daily client engagement goals through proactive outreach and communication
- Cold prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Articulate compelling value propositions around our offerings
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with our Director of Client Strategy to pass off opportunities and drive sales growth
- At least one year of professional sales experience or equivalent experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and a results-driven approach
- Self-motivated with a confident and determined outlook
- Resilience and ability to cope with rejection
- Competitive mentality and a willingness to learn and adapt
