- Design and implement innovative strategies on a monthly, seasonal, and annual basis to boost client engagement and assess outcomes accordingly.
- Maintain comprehensive records of primary account information, including industry contacts, managed care clients, and health professionals, while providing weekly updates to leadership.
- Establish and nurture new business relationships and devise strategies to enhance market presence in competitive landscapes.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and insurance companies.
- Conduct educational workshops and facility tours to inform potential clients and referral sources about available programs and services.
- Maintain detailed records of business development activities and prepare regular reports highlighting trends and opportunities for growth.
- Represent the organization at community and professional events, effectively communicating the mission and values in all outreach efforts.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to enhance referral generation and ensure a seamless admissions process for clients.
- Analyze market data to evaluate service line performance and demographic trends.
- Complete monthly and quarterly reporting requirements and contribute to the annual strategic planning process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in business development and marketing within the healthcare sector, ideally in behavioral health.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and referral networks.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain referral sources.
- In-depth knowledge of psychiatric and substance use treatment methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
