About the Role

At Fortified Health Security, we're dedicated to protecting patient data and reducing risk throughout the healthcare ecosystem. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth through designated outbound activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors to execute outbound playbooks at scale.
  • Strategically contact accounts to qualify and schedule discovery calls and demos for Regional Sales Directors that initiate a qualified opportunity.
  • Build relationships with prospects and execute organized follow-up with the Fortified sales tech stack to create a robust pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly metrics to assist in growing revenue in assigned territories.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute strategic campaigns and attend conferences and events to generate interest and develop leads on an as needed basis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, qualifying leads, and preferably positioning IT security products/services.
  • Experience selling in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Ability to identify and build relationships with key leaders as well as the ability to identify opportunities based on prospects pain points.
  • Work collaboratively in a team-based environment and execute upon interdepartmental strategy.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven with strong work ethic and a desire to start a career in sales.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Curiosity and passion about cybersecurity services and a demonstrated commitment to the industry.
