Executive Director Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to guide our organization into its next phase of growth. As Executive Director, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our organization and moving our mission forward with a clear path towards growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain partnerships across multiple sectors to support our mission
  • Lead fundraising and resource development efforts, including grant writing and major donor cultivation
  • Operationalize racial equity initiatives and efforts, and build an inclusive and effective staff team
  • Ensure effective board governance, volunteer engagement, and nonprofit finance and operations

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of strategic leadership and vision
  • Experience in fundraising and resource development, including grant writing and major donor cultivation
  • Ability to build and maintain partnerships across multiple sectors
  • Fluency in leading and operationalizing racial equity initiatives and efforts
  • Strong understanding of board governance, volunteer engagement, and nonprofit finance and operations
