As Operations Director, you will be responsible for supervising branch departments to ensure impeccable customer service, maintaining the 800,000 square foot distribution center grounds to exceed company standards, and supporting recruitment and retention of top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of Uline's Washington branch, ensuring seamless execution of business processes.

  • Supervise branch departments to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Maintain the distribution center grounds to meet or exceed company standards.

  • Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent, and assist with employee relations.

  • Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or general management.

  • Warehouse, call center, and/or sales experience is a plus.

  • Experience supervising personnel.

  • Limited overnight travel.
